Built with LazyBridge

Three private projects show the engine and tool model at work. The homepage gallery contains the real outputs and GUI screenshots.

LazyBricks — private repository

A local 3D brick-model editor with a Three.js front end, FastAPI and SQLite back end, and an index of the full LDraw Official Parts Library. Its phone interface and MCP server let a person and an agent work on the same projects and revisions.

The Victorian station starts from a brief and a concept. The pipeline builds it brick by brick through volumetric, simple and detailed phases, with quality reviews at each phase. The gallery shows the front, exploded storeys, interiors and tracks; each image links to its 4K original.

LazyCommittee — private repository

An AI investment committee built on LazyBridge with Claude Code and Codex as engines. Its dated documents progress from daily digests for geopolitics, economics, markets and central banks to a weekly world state, asset-class views and a portfolio document. Daily and weekly runs are scheduled.

Code computes numeric results and gives the LLM the outputs. Deterministic publication checks cover freshness, numeric lint and source mapping. The real economics digest excerpt cites dated, sourced numbers with percentiles and lists its sources. The optimizer image shows the hierarchical allocation tree: asset classes, regions and the ETFs under each node.

LazyCEO — private repository

A CEO agent that runs a fleet of agents across many projects at once, delegating to Codex and Claude Code. Durable project records feed a deterministic Gantt for every project, with all running projects visible on one screen. A quota brake for each engine routes and paces the fleet’s work.

The screenshots are rendered by the real GUI, demo data. They show Gantt and Program excerpts and the Brake page with separate quota-history charts for both engines. Synthetic projects and quota readings demonstrate the interface.
